Born and raised in Merritt BC, TJ completed her Bachelors of Human Kinetics at UBCO in Kelowna BC before receiving her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2020 at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.
She has experience working with all ages and populations including but not limited to chronic pain, acute musculoskeletal injuries, sports related injuries and ICBC/MVA injuries. TJ has experience working within the CJFL, CSSHL, BC High School Sports and plans to further continue her sports physiotherapy experience and certificates. She was the Venue Medical Chair for the 2024 BC Summer Games.
TJ has a keen interest in sports related injuries, using evidenced based practice, pain education and active rehabilitation. She is certified in TrP-DN (IMS) via Acupuncture Canada. TJ offers services in both English and Punjabi. When she isn’t working, you can typically find TJ spending time with her family, playing a game of soccer or basketball or volunteering with youth sports.

Bryce is a WCCMT grad from 2019. He specializes in Sports injury/rehab as well as chronic conditions. With the use of tools from his IASTM knowledge, the breakdown of scar formation and muscle hypertonicity can be achieved.
Growing up Bryce played a lot of sports ranging from hockey, baseball and powerlifting. With the knowledge of how the human body reacts during different physical exertion, as well as the recovery aspect ranging from general DOMS to over-use to acute injuries; he can help get patients on the right path to recovery.

Sam has joined our team with more than 11 years of experience in this field . He did his IEPEP program from UBC and after that he did his FDN(functional dry needling) level 1 from kineta core. He has also done manual therapy courses on management of lumbo-sacral and cervico-thoracic disorders. Sam has also completed KLT level I course by Wayne Rogers, Australia.Ranked as the best physiotherapist in Chilliwack (three best rated.ca) for 3 consecutive years Sam has developed his practice with an emphasis on patient education and restorative rehabilitation. Sam’s one-on-one style of treatment ensures that his clients receive the best possible care while visiting our office, and his after-care home programs allow his clients to continue their healing independently. He is also a level -I CrossFit coach and loves to work out. In his free time Sam likes to go for a run, hike, or working out.
